SUMMER SERIES

Our Summer Event began in 2021 as a community-driven day centered around an annual volleyball and bags tournament. What started as a simple idea to bring people together through friendly competition quickly grew into one of our organization’s most anticipated traditions. The event created an opportunity for friends, families, local businesses, and community members of all ages to connect while supporting the mission of Move It Forward. Over the years, the Summer Event became known not only for competition and entertainment, but also for the positive energy, teamwork, and community spirit that surrounded it.

As participation and support continued to grow, so did the vision for what the event could become. In 2026, we officially expanded the concept into the “Summer Series,” transforming a single-day event into a season-long lineup of community activities and experiences. By spreading events throughout the summer, the Summer Series allows us to engage more people, create additional opportunities for connection, and continue building excitement around our mission to inspire the next generation.

More than just a collection of summer activities, the Summer Series represents our commitment to creating meaningful experiences that unite the community while supporting future initiatives, scholarships, and opportunities for young people. As the series continues to grow, we remain focused on building traditions that bring people together and leave a lasting impact for years to come.

Over the years, our Summer Event has supported organizations like Green County SplashPad, Jacob's SWAG Foundation, Monroe Aces, Queen of Diamonds, MHS Booster Club, and MHS LAUNCH Program.
